Fluor invests in community-building strategies and programs that strengthen society and encourage lasting change. We support initiatives that provide job training and build or refurbish affordable housing and community-serving facilities and programs that develop leadership skills and build character and resiliency in youth.
Last year, Fluor and its employees helped build and/or refurbish 198 homes and community-serving facilities through partnerships with organizations like Habitat for Humanity?, Hull Services and Brigada Eskwela. In addition, more than 158,000 young people received over 1.8 million hours of life-skills enrichment training as a result of Fluor’s support of initiatives through organizations such as Boys & Girls Clubs of America?, the YMCA? and Junior Achievement USA?.
